Universal Contour Wrap: My Best Friend |
|
Written by Mel Waters

I have to say the universal body contour wrap actually works, it really does!
The Universal Contour Wrap is a body spa procedure that involves you being wrapped up, a bit like Mummy in bandages that have soaked in a special clay formula. The minerals in the clay absorb into your body whilst it simultaneously withdrawing the toxins. This results in inch loss.
You are guaranteed to lose a minimum of 6inch (overall) or most salons offer you your money back promise.

The 2 Secrets to Losing Weight |
|
Written by Martin Style

I know the two secrets to losing weight healthily and I want to share them with you; diet and exercise. Many people look for the next easy way of losing weight, which could come in the form of a pill, a new fangled exercise machine (such as the ridiculous horse riding machine), or some kind of treatment from a so-called beauty salon. However, much controversy surrounds these weight-loss methods but my guess is that if one of them worked, it would be widely publicised and adopted by the global mass population. Unfortunately, in the mean time, many people experiment with these well marketed, over advertised weight loss schemes but do not realize that there are negative consequences affecting their well being and are in fact jeopardising their health.

Common Mistakes at the Gym |

Going to the gym can be a daunting experience, especially for guys, and I often see newcomers making mistakes that could have been avoided had they seeked some proper advice. Saying that, I also believe that personal trainers are often too expensive for what you're getting but sometimes it's unavoidable to ensure that you don't end up injuring yourself. Look out for some of these common mistakes and make sure that you're not making them.
1. Not making improvements
At the beginning, everything seems tough because you're not used to the exercise, but once you get stronger then it gets easier. A lot of the time, people just stay at lifting the same weight for weeks, months and sometimes even years. This isn't going to build muscle or help you to lose weight. You need to constantly change your routine so that your body is forced to respond.

Buying A Good Pair of Running Shoes |
|

If you are really up and about to do running, may it be a habit or a form of your routine, you need shoes that can withstand such strenuous activity. The only way you can achieve this better goal is for you to be a little more careful with the kind of shoes you wear.
1. If running is already a part of your daily routine, chances are you will wear your shoes out. Running shoes are supposed to have shock-absorbing ability and this will be lost if you keep using the same shoes running everyday for six months. I suggest you get moving and buy yourself a new one once every six months. This will really get you going.
2. Be resourceful and knowledgeable about running shoes. Think about how appropriate they can become to users. Search about them and learn the basics before you go out and cash on the first running shoes that catch your fancy. If it so happens that you've got friends who are running bodies too, you might as well call them and ask what they can recommend.
